Baptism is not Salation. It is simply our public declaration the we trust God above all else.

Christ chose to be Baptised by John The Baptist. Christ would have been ~ 30 years old.

The Baptism of Jesus^(A)

¹³Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John.^(B) ¹⁴But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?”

¹⁵Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented.

¹⁶As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened,^(C) and he saw the Spirit of God^(D) descending like a dove and alighting on him. ¹⁷And a voice from heaven^(E) said, “This is my Son,^(F) whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”^(G)

Phillip witnessed to a very rich man. When the man believed in the Good News of Christ, he immediately asked to be Batised in water.

Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch

²⁶Now ^(A)an angel of the Lord said to Philip, “Rise and go toward the south^[a] to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is a desert place. ²⁷And he rose and went. And there was an ^(B)Ethiopian, a ^(C)eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, ^(D)who was in charge of all her treasure. ^(E)He had come to Jerusalem to worship ²⁸and was returning, seated in his chariot, and he was reading the prophet Isaiah. ²⁹And the Spirit said to Philip, “Go over and join this chariot.” ³⁰So Philip ran to him and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet and asked, “Do you understand what you are reading?” ³¹And he said, ^(F)“How can I, unless someone ^(G)guides me?” And ^(H)he invited Philip to come up and sit with him. ³²Now the passage of the Scripture that he was reading was this:

^(I)“Like a sheep he was led to the slaughter
and like a lamb before its shearer is silent,
so he opens not his mouth.
³³In his ^(J)humiliation justice was denied him.
Who can describe his generation?
For his life is taken away from the earth.”

³⁴And the eunuch said to Philip, “About whom, I ask you, does the prophet say this, about himself or about someone else?” ³⁵Then Philip opened his mouth, and ^(K)beginning with this Scripture ^(L)he told him the good news about Jesus. ³⁶And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “See, here is water! ^(M)What prevents me from being baptized?”^[b] ³⁸And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him. ³⁹And when they came up out of the water, ^(N)the Spirit of the Lord ^(O)carried Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more, and went on his way rejoicing. ⁴⁰But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he preached the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.

An interesting counter point worth considering. Hebrews 9:21.

²¹In the same way, he sprinkled with the blood both the tabernacle and everything used in its ceremonies.

This passage from Hebrews uses the “Sprinkled” terminology……

Blend nicks in Propeller.

Verify allowable length of Propeller blades.

Lower strut attaches show less than 1 thread exposed outside of the fibrelock.

Clean engine / engine compartment to allow detection of leak.

Inspect nose wheel casting, copilots side inside fairing.

Final inspection of flight controls.

Battery is possibly 6 years old

OSHA seems to get interested in ladders above 24 feet. Ours will be 8ft and 14 ft.

Height requirement: Before these standards were implemented, OSHA ladder fall protection standards applied to those taller than 20 feet. Now, ladders taller than 24 feet are required to follow the ladder fall protection regulations in OSHA standard 1910.23.
