2. Evaluate the following known issues:
2.1 RTU 2 has been reported not cooling in the past.
2.2 RTU 19 shows code 6.06 L2
2.3 Possibly RTU24 has loud electrical hum when starting
2.4 RTU 13 has wet spot at temporary HP service valve
2.5 RTU 20 has white wire to thermostat disconnected
3. We might buy a spare compressor, P/N ZR46K3-tf5-250.
3.1How many RTU units would that service?
4. We have committed to replacing 3 units in September.
4.1 RTU 1 because the Gas burner is failed
4.2 RTU 4 because the Gas burner is failed
4.3 RTU 2 or RTU8, depending upon your findings
5. 4 RTU on sanctury have failed heat exchangers….
