We elected to section and discarded the old 90 degree backshells. That allowed enough slack to define, repin, one wire

Pin 22 is 0V on ground, 28v when both mains in the air. all good.
Pilot squawk:
Pilot verbal: runs extend .45 seconds, then lockup. Then bypass will not work.
Initial run:
slat conditioned .21 split midrun
Slat Retract left raw -11.33, conditioned = 10.01
Slat Retract right raw -11.27, conditioned = 9.91
Slat extend left raw
flap conditioned. 179 v split mid travel.
