120v open ground …. Noted plug p2 at Avionics Innovations converter at fwd rh ee bay only required 2 turns to remove. Secured plug. Verified that neutral side of each out connects to P3 , pin E of converter. No airframe ground is present in that circuit. Noted bombardier diagram TM452425-12 agrees with that. Verfied with Tom at Avionics Innovations that pin E should not hard ground in this installation.
