F900 Stab trim normal will not run in either direction

TL;DR  Turned out to be  bad stab jack, installed in the airplane for less than 2 years.

customer reports he can hear the main relays click…  no up or down, no report on the autopilot.

Note, thus is the HStab jack that has internal normal limit switches.   The other stab jacks have external limit switches in 4 CF.

M22759/16-22-9 is a common white wire

NOTE: 24 AWG wire is generally deprecated in most corporate jets.  It is just too delicate to stand the test of time

G100 squawks

 

 

1 each grey wick failed, Dayton pn dg16785, model 51cd2a

Rh winglet angled wick failed. no p/n

Damage at RH stab tip. Bonging Foil peeled up.

One black wick failed.   HR SMITH PN10-900-25

RH elevator bonding over 3 ohms.  Clean bonding straps.

Lubricate pilot and copilot stow-able arm rests.

Fwd rh galley, one drawer does not latch.

FSB/NS CB pops. Done

FIRE TEST erratic, sometimes only some lights will test. Failed test sw p/n 25W847009….. 9 is obscure.  video

Bolt stripped at lower left APU REGULATOR computer mount.   Needs a new floater

Entertainment inop.  No wire diagrams at all.   None! Not any !   402 479 4221 ex.   Mellisa.

MASTER CAUTION , no DIM mode, task 311220

FMS displays FAA n number on powwr up.  Configured #1 and #2 FMS to display current aircraft registration at power up.

Passenger monitor droops 5 degrees in extended position.

Rubber trim channel at edges of peistal dis-bonded.  Remove, clean old glue, reapply.

 

Plastic catch-all aft of pedistal broken, trim disbonded.
