Move #1. .   Rh ob spioleron, outborad end of the pushrod shorten 1 .5 turns.

 

Move #2 left speed brake panels loose.  Lower two cable found at 16,17.= 30lbs.

.tighten 2nd to the bottom 1 turn, loossrn bottom 1 turn.

 

Loosen the electrical wires at the base and pull slack.

Put a small screw driver in the pulley axel to free up the cables ftom the cable retainer.
